REBAU announced today the start of rehabilitation work on 6 homes in the Ponte d'Anta neighborhood in Espinho.
This project, awarded by the Instituto da Habitação e da Reabilitação Urbana, I.P. (IHRU), aims to improve the living conditions and quality of life of the residents.
The contract, which will take 85 days to complete, represents an investment of almost €200,000 and covers a series of interventions,
including the repair of roofs and façades, the replacement of windows and doors, the installation of new air conditioning systems and the creation of green areas.
“The Ponte d'Anta neighborhood, built several decades ago, showed signs of disrepair that affected the comfort and safety of residents. With this rehabilitation, IHRU and REBAU intend to provide a more modern, comfortable and sustainable environment for the families living in the neighborhood.”
