Rebau has announced the start of rehabilitation work at the National Republican Guard (GNR) Clinical Center in Porto.
The project, awarded by the Infrastructure Directorate of the GNR's Internal Resources Administration Command, aims to replace the roofs and carry out various repairs to the Clinical Center buildings, including the National Traffic Unit.
Rebau's teams are already on site, carrying out work to lift the existing ceramic tiles and clean the gutters.
The work, which has a ninety-day execution period, covers various interventions, from roof and façade repairs to the installation of new gutters and downpipes.

The works include:
Lifting the existing ceramic tiles;
Cleaning the gutters with a high-pressure water jet;
Application of a new roof structure and ceramic tiles;
Installation of new gutters and downpipes;
Repair of exterior façades;
Work on interior walls;
Thermal insulation of the roof slabs;
Installation of a garden roof.
