REBAU has made a decisive start on the refurbishment of the Frazão 2,3 Primary School in Paços de Ferreira! This contract, awarded by Paços de Ferreira City Council, represents an important milestone for the school community and the start of a transformation that will modernise and take the school's facilities to a new level, providing a completely renovated, vibrant and functional educational environment where students and teachers can flourish!
REBAU is embracing this multi-faceted project, the result of the hard work and dedication of the budgeting and management team, who worked for four months on this proposal, which was delivered in May 2024. After a year of waiting, with the positive opinion of the court of auditors and the commitment of the production team, the time has finally come to bring this major redevelopment to life, the biggest project REBAU has ever been proud to lead!

The complete transformation of the school will see changes to the Multipurpose Room/Offices, the Gatehouse and even the Support Storage Room, with a wide range of interventions: Demolitions: Floors, façades, window frames, guttering, walls and ceilings will be demolished to make way for the new.
Façades: A stunning, modern look with the implementation of an ETICS thermal insulation system, vibrant finishes and granite panelling.
Roofs: Renovated and efficient roofs with waterproofing and zinc sheet cladding.
Interiors: Walls and ceilings are given new life with coatings, plastering and painting. Stunning floors with non-slip vinyl, ceramic, microcement and marble tiles.
Carpentry and locksmiths: Elegant doors and partitions in wood and phenolic compact, as well as aluminium frames.
Sanitary fittings: Modern and functional sanitary fittings and accessories.
Electromechanical installations: State-of-the-art air conditioning, air renovation, DHW production and photovoltaic installations.
Gas network: A completely new and efficient gas network.
External Arrangements: Renovated spaces with bituminous concrete paving and vibrant green areas with fertile soil.
Fire Safety: Detection, fire-fighting, alarm and smoke extraction systems.
