Responsibilities
• Execute small-scale to large-scale construction works in a safe, economical, timely and quality manner;
• Managing the execution of civil rehabilitation works, coordinating all tasks with subcontractors, clients, labor and necessary equipment;
• Carry out on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and others);
• Monitoring progress, costs, revenue and compiling reports on the state of the work;
• Supervising and guiding the team and liaising with a variety of stakeholders;
• Developing a good relationship with clients and subcontractors;
• Technical support for the execution of estimates at the tender stage;

Requirements:
• Degree/Master in Civil Engineering;
• Minimum 4 years work experience;
• Passion for construction and accessible rehabilitation, in line with the company's mission and values;
• Proficiency in Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word) and MS Project;
• Ability to manage and supervise construction work;
• Knowledge of good construction practices in relation to architectural work and specialties (plumbing, HVAC, electricity, etc.);
• General knowledge of public works contracting procedures (CCP) is valued;
• Proficiency in AutoCad is valued;
• Experience in teamwork environments is valued;
• Previous experience as a Construction Manager is valued;
• Good written and oral communication skills in Portuguese are a must (English communication skills are an asset);
